"Ordering was fine overall, but the checkout page..."
Ordering was fine overall, but the checkout page definitely took its sweet time, because apparently speed is optional. My payment went through on the first try, but the confirmation took long enough that I had a little moment of wondering if the internet had swallowed my money. I got the order message later, so in the end it was okay, just not exactly the smoothest experience.

"Decent rewards, but the process feels unclear"
I actually like the products, so I was excited to use the loyalty points, but the whole rewards thing was slower than I expected. The points took a while to show up, and the redemption process wasn’t very straightforward. They make it sound like you’ll get these nice perks, but the promises are kind of vague, so I wasn’t totally sure what I was supposed to get or when. I did finally get a discount in the end, which was nice, but the experience could definitely be smoother.

"Way too strong and not what I expected"
I’m confused?? The scent was so much stronger than I thought it would be and it gave me a headache quickly. It didn’t smell like what I expected at all—more like cheap perfume than anything nice. Definitely not something I’d buy again.

"Staff didn’t seem trained"
I went in asking for advice on skincare for dry skin, but the staff seemed lost and just kept repeating the same basic things. It didn’t feel like they really knew the products well enough to help. whoever runs this place should make sure the staff are properly trained before putting them on the floor.

"Nice products, but hard to actually buy"
I do like Forest Essentials some of their products feel really nice and worth picking up. But at the same time, it’s frustrating because half the things I want are almost always out of stock. Even basic items seem to disappear for days, and I keep checking back like maybe it’ll magically change. The website looks classy and easy enough to browse, so that part is good, but what’s the point if the availability is so poor? I want to like shopping there, and I kind of do, but it gets annoying fast.

"Didn't feel worth the price to me"
I thought the ingredients would feel a lot better for what it costs. A couple of the products had a really strong smell, and the labels just didn’t seem as clean or simple as I was expecting. I could be totally wrong, but it made me wonder if there’s more fragrance or filler stuff in there than I’d like. My skin felt a little irritated after using it, so I stopped quickly. Maybe it works great for other people, but for me it just wasn’t worth it...

"Shelf life details were too unclear"
I ordered a face cream, but i couldn’t find clear shelf life information before buying it. When it arrived, the batch and expiry details weren’t very easy to understand either.
For skincare, I feel like that should be basic information. I don’t want to guess whether something is still safe to use, the customer care response didn’t really clear things up. I don’t think I’ll order again

"Not sure there were enough options"
I browsed forestessentialsindia.com hoping I’d find a wider range of products, but it felt a bit limited to me. A lot of the items seemed kind of similar, and I wasn’t really sure there were enough choices for different needs. Maybe I missed something, but I expected a little more variety

I wanted to feel good about ordering from them, but the packaging kind of threw me off. It felt like there was more material than needed, and, actually, let me put it this way—it didn’t really come across as very sustainable to me.

"Feels greasy and just sits on my skin"
I don’t know what’s going on with this formula, but the texture really didn’t work for me. It feels thick and kind of greasy, and it just sits on my face forever instead of soaking in. Even after rubbing it in, my skin still felt sticky, which is annoying. Maybe it’s fine for other people, but for me the absorption was bad. I expected better, so I won’t be buying it again

"Nice, but I expected a bit more"
I used the face cream and cleanser for a few weeks, my first instinct was that they felt nice and smelled really good. My skin did feel a little softer, but I didn’t notice much change with spots or that overall glow I was hoping for. It might work better for someone else, but for the price, I expected a bit more.

"Good products, but my order got mixed up"
I ordered a face wash and a small body mist, but for some reason the mist I received was different from the one I selected. The bill had the correct item listed, so I’m not really sure how it got packed wrong. Customer care did respond, but it took a while, and the exchange process wasn’t exactly smooth. The products themselves are nice, but they definitely need to work on order accuracy.

"Calm little store, nice vibe overall"
Went to the store last weekend the vibe was really nice. It smelled good, soft music playing, everything felt clean and kind of... just peaceful, I guess. The only thing was it got a bit crowded near the billing counter, so that was slightly annoying. But overall, nice experience.

"Good products, but the price stress is real"
I do trust Forest Essentials as a brand, and their products definitely feel genuine and premium. The packaging is lovely too, and my delivery was fine. But the prices are high, and after spending that much, I expected more noticeable results. Sometimes it just feels average on my skin, which is a bit stressful because you start wondering if the money was really worth it. Not a bad experience, but not amazing either.

"Felt like I had to keep chasing them"
The support experience was frustrating. I kept waiting for replies and then having to follow up again, and it just felt like I was being ignored a bit. I get that things can get busy, but it wasn’t really what I expected at all. The whole thing kind of left a bad impression, and unless the service gets better, I don’t think I’d order again.

"Arrived Crushed and Leaking"
This was so frustrating. The box showed up completely crushed, and the product had leaked all over everything inside. I was really disappointed because I was looking forward to using it, but instead I had to deal with a mess the second I opened the package.

"Nice products, but a bit pricey for what you get"
I really liked the smell and texture of the products, especially the face wash. It has a nice fresh feel and doesn’t feel harsh on the skin. The packaging was also good and everything arrived neatly, so no complaints there. My only thing is that for the price, I expected either a little more quantity or slightly more noticeable results. It’s definitely nice to use, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again unless there’s a discount or some kind of offer...

"Personalised picks made no sense"
I tried forestessentialsindia.com because it kept showing me personalised product recommendations, and I thought it might actually help. But it was confusing. I selected oily skin, and the site still kept suggesting products meant for dry skin. Then the email said another thing, with different suggestions, so I didn’t know what they were going by.
After a while it just felt like they were pushing random products instead of actually personalising anything. I bought one face product they recommended and it didn’t suit me at all. For the prices they charge, I expected the recommendations to be a lot more accurate. I don’t think I’ll use that feature again.

"Tracking updates were confusing"
I ordered a few things from Forest Essentials India, and the products themselves were nice, no issue there. It was just the tracking bit that felt a little all over the place, like that whole update thing was not very clear.
After I paid, I didn’t really get proper updates for a few days. The order page only showed some basic status, and I kept checking it myself because I wasn’t sure what was happening. Even the courier details came later than expected, which made it more confusing.
For a premium brand, I thought the delivery communication would be smoother. The package did arrive in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the waiting part felt unnecessarily annoying and kind of uncertain
